Wild Boar were originally brought by European settlers to Texas in the 1680s. Texas wild hogs are a mixture of Eurasian wild boars and feral hogs. Average boars on
the ranch weigh between 100 and 130 lbs., although larger boars weighing more than 300 lbs. have been taken. Mature males can have tusks that are extremely sharp and
may grow up to 5 inches in length. (Click on the pictures below).
